Our Approach
Dai Pai Dong at The Fish Man captures the bold spirit of Hong Kong street dining—high-heat wok cooking, big flavors, and share-style dishes—featuring live seafood such as lobster, crab, Manila clams, mussels, and squid, reimagined in a lively, modern setting for casual and late-night feasting.
