We recommend approximately 1.5 to 2 lbs of live weight per person. Our crabs start at roughly 5 lbs (perfect for a group of 3–4) and can reach up to 12 lbs for larger parties of 8 or more.

Yes! To provide the full culinary experience, we typically prepare a single crab using three distinct methods: the Legs(Steamed or Baked), the Body (Garlic, Salted Egg, or HK Style), and the Shell (Seafood Fried Rice or Steamed Egg).

Unlike smaller species, the Alaskan Red King Crab is prized for its massive, succulent chunks of meat and a natural sweetness that requires very little seasoning. It is widely considered the highest tier of shellfish in the world.
